Condition
If the item is rusty or previously coated, it will require a more intense pre-treatment.
Weight
The weight of the item that is going to be coated.
Heavier items will require more time in the curing oven to ensure they are properly dried.
Size
Our fully automated powder coating oven has an internal dimension of 1790mm x1500mm x 1850mm in size. Note the larger the item, the more power needed.
Quantity
How many parts items are required to be coated.
